Moylan）表示，截至周一傍晚，已确认至少有3人死于这场连环车祸。他表示，由于还有车辆仍在燃烧，现场搜索尚未完成，「我怀疑死亡人数会再升高」。

宾州州警比欧姆（David Beohm）说，由于部分汽车和卡车仍在燃烧，所以警方尚未能够进行调查。
