Times）报导，俄罗斯一名男子今（26）日前往西伯利亚伊尔库次克（Irkutsk）地区的入伍办公室开枪，画面显示一名穿着迷彩服的男子在办公室内近距离对指挥官开枪，影片中可听见1声枪响，办公室其余人员一边尖叫、一边逃窜。
伊尔库次克州（Irkutsk Oblast）州长科布泽夫（Igor
Kobzev）后续在Telegram发文证实，一名年轻男子在入伍办公室开枪，导致办公室指挥官叶利谢耶夫（Alexander
Yeliseyev）重伤，送医急救后目前仍在与死神搏斗。
科布泽夫并未透露枪手姓名，仅表示枪手已立即被逮捕，而且一定会受到惩处，不过当地媒体报导，枪手为25岁的当地人齐宁（Ruslan
Zinin）。

齐宁的母亲透露，虽然官方称只会征招有军事经验的预备役人员，但是齐宁一名没有军事经验的朋友仍收到入伍令，这让他“非常愤怒”。
他的母亲说：“齐宁本身没有收到征招，但是他最好的朋友昨天收到了。”
目击者描述，带着一把削短型步枪的齐宁冲进入伍办公室大厅后大喊“没有人要去哪里”，接着就开始开枪。

英国《卫报》（The Guardian）驻莫斯科记者罗斯（Andrew Roth）发布推文指出，有目击者说听到3声枪响。
“莫斯科时报”指出，普丁宣布部分动员令后，全俄罗斯至少有17个入伍办公室遭到纵火，俄罗斯北高加索地区的达吉斯坦（Dagestan）示威行动最为激烈，周末有超过100人被捕。在与乌克兰的战争中，达吉斯坦士兵的阵亡人数最高。
